Pet Medication Reminder
Organize prescribed pet medications and reminders. Keep veterinary instructions close at hand without changing the prescribed dose or schedule.
Follow the prescription exactly
Enter the medication name, prescribed amount, frequency and any special directions from the dispensing label. Include the start and end dates when provided. Do not convert units, split tablets or substitute a human medication unless your veterinarian specifically directs you to do so.
Make the routine clear for caregivers
Choose a consistent place to record care and agree who is responsible for each dose. If more than one person helps, check with each other before administering medication. A reminder is a prompt to check the care plan, not proof that a dose has already been given.
Understand reminder limitations
Furry Assistant lets you organize medications and reminders with the rest of your pet's care. Device notification permissions, battery settings and connectivity can affect delivery. Keep a backup routine for time-sensitive medication. If a dose is missed, duplicated, vomited or followed by an unexpected reaction, contact your veterinarian for instructions; do not automatically double the next dose.
