Dog Vaccination Tracker
Keep your dog's vaccination history organized, record vet-provided due dates and prepare documentation for boarding or travel.
Record what was given, not a generic schedule
Vaccination needs depend on age, medical history, location and exposure. Use the schedule your veterinarian gives you rather than copying one from the internet. Record the vaccine name, administration date, clinic and next due date exactly as documented. If records from a rescue or previous owner are incomplete, ask your veterinarian how to proceed.
Plan ahead for boarding and travel
Boarding facilities, groomers and travel authorities may ask for different documentation. Check requirements before booking and request official certificates from the clinic. Your personal tracker can help you spot an approaching due date, but it is not an official proof of vaccination.
Keep reminders aligned with your clinic
Use Furry Assistant's health records for vaccination entries and its reminders to plan follow-up. Update a reminder if your veterinarian changes the date. Review each dog's record separately in multi-pet households so a completed appointment for one dog is not mistaken for care received by another.
